Add Safe Arrival Protection to your order at checkout and travel with us from the studio to your door with complete peace of mind. Your art is precious, and so is your experience receiving it.

Your protection includes:

• 30-day reporting window. A full month to inspect your artwork and reach out if anything is wrong, instead of the standard 48 hours.
• 30-day satisfaction returns with no restocking fee. Change your mind? Doesn’t quite fit the wall? Return any eligible piece within 30 days and we waive the 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Guaranteed lost package replacement. If the carrier loses your package, we ship a replacement without waiting on a carrier investigation.
• Guaranteed porch theft replacement. If your package is marked delivered but stolen from your doorstep, we replace it.
• Guaranteed weather damage replacement. If your package is damaged by rain, snow, or other weather before you retrieve it, we replace it.
• Priority handling. Your replacement moves to the front of our fulfillment queue.
• No claim forms. No photos required for lost or stolen packages. One email or phone call and we take care of it.
