In the boundless cosmos of firsts, the single First, without an exception, will make even the most hardened warrior bow down in awe. That particular first gets forever imprinted into the fabric of our essence—and it is the first time we hear and see God, and the first time we discover that throughout the whole eternity there will never be like a human experience and never be like living as a cosmic child, step-by-step walking in faith. Because above all firsts is the Grandest First—always the same—the immutable God— as there is no one before God, and no one before God’s Spirit and Light which make any relationship in the universe sacred. There are so many firsts for a human being: the first time we see the faces of our parents, our siblings, our grandparents and our friends. And then the first day we talk, walk or ride a bicycle is forever recorded in the memories of our caring families. The first time we find our identity and freedom, the first time we see a bigger world, or create what no one has created before also become incomparably and irreplaceably meaningful.
