The Island

In her childhood visions Akiane often returned to one transparent pyramid island where all its vegetation and creatures were connected by their roots. The giants—a cross between animals, plants and exquisite spirits reaching over forty feet in height—gifted her with a transparent seedling for growing, nurturing and teaching which she eventually planted right on the arch by the waterfall.
