In such cases, we may refund the purchase amount in full, and we are under no obligation to fulfill any order for any reason.
All artwork, products, or related purchases made through www.akiane.com or its subsidiaries are for personal use only. No purchase or transaction shall be considered a transfer of copyrights, intellectual property rights, or trademark rights. These rights remain the sole property of the original artist and Art Akiane LLC. The artwork or products you purchase may not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, public display, or resale for profit.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which are designed to protect the integrity and value of the artist’s work.

Art Akiane LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Art Akiane LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
