Upside Down – Inside Out
-
“Upside Down—Inside Out” is an allegory about purpose, balance and contentment. While some plants are content with who they are and where they are, many are not. Some are artificial plants, some are real, and others are artificially real. There are plants that dominate, plants that are used for decoration and plants that live upside down seeing life radically different. Some vegetation wishes to be outside experiencing more changes. Outside the plants long to be indoors believing it is always safe and warm there. Yet all of us, just like the plants, have different needs, personalities and purposes. We need differences that unite us, not separate. And above all, we need light. Without the light we will wither even in the most expensive and beautiful vase.
